Paracetamol and aceclofenac are excreted in breast milk in a small amount; however, the risk associated with that exposure to the fetus cannot be excluded. Therefore only take this medicine if prescribed and considered safe by the doctor.

How Does It Work?
Paracetamol is a centrally acting analgesic and antipyretic that helps by affecting the hypothalamic heat-regulation centre of the brain, lowering the body's temperature. Aceclofenac is a potent inhibitor of the enzyme cyclo-oxygenase that produces prostaglandins, reducing pain and swelling. Chlorzoxazone is a skeletal muscle relaxant that acts on the central nervous system and relaxes the muscles....
Directions for Use of Brace Mr Strip Of 10 Tablets
- Take this tablet for the dose and duration prescribed by your physician
- Do not break, chew or crush this tablet
- Swallow the tablet with a glass of water
Interactions of Brace Mr Strip Of 10 Tablets
Interactions with other medicines
- Paracetamol may prolong the effect of anticoagulants like warfarin and increase the risk of bleeding
- Metoclopramide and domperidone may increase the speed of absorption of paracetamol
- Colestyramine may reduce the absorption of paracetamol if given within one hour of paracetamol
- Concomitant use of two or more NSAIDs should be avoided as they increase the risk of gastric bleeding
- Concomitant use of NSAIDs with antihypertensives may reduce the efficacy of antihypertensive
- The activity of diuretics may be inhibited in presence of aceclofenac
- The use of NSAIDs may exacerbate cardiac failure, reduce glomerular filtrate rate and inhibit renal clearance of glycoside
- Corticosteroids also increase the risk of gastrointestinal ulceration or bleeding
