Medical Description

Betadine First Aid antiseptic cream contains povidone iodine. It is used on minor cuts, abrasions, and burns to reduce microorganisms on the affected skin.

Contraindications

If you are allergic to povidone iodine or any other ingredient of this medicine, do not use it. Tell your doctor if you have thyroid disease, kidney disease, a large or deep wound, or have previously reacted to iodine-containing products.

Pregnancy
