Description
Astymin-3 injection is a nutritional supplement. It contains a combination of amino acids. It is used for the prevention and treatment of protein deficiency where nutritional supplementation is not possible through the oral route. It is used to correct nitrogen loss before or after surgery. It is also useful in the malabsorption of protein associated with certain stomach or bowel conditions.
Astymin-3 injection can also be used in the treatment of other conditions such as decreased body weight due to cancer, persistent fever, stroke, kidney failure, after dialysis, etc. It works by increasing the production of nitric oxide. It also helps boost body immunity.
Astymin-3 injection will be given to you in a hospital or clinic by a doctor or nurse. Avoid self-injecting this medicine.
