Aldactone 25 tablet is a type of diuretic medication, also referred to as a water pill, that contains spironolactone as its active component. If you are taking potassium-sparing diuretics (water pills) or potassium supplements.
If you are taking a medicine - eplerenone or other potassium-sparing diuretics.
