Mode of Action of Ano Metrogyl Tube Of 20gm Cream

How Does It Work?

Ano Metrogyl cream contains a combination of Lidocaine, Metronidazole and Sucralfate.
Lidocaine is a local anaesthetic. It works by decreasing the pain sensation by blocking the nerves of pain signals to the brain.
Metronidazole is an antibiotic, works by stopping the growth of any harmful bacteria (or parasites) in the anal region causing the infection.
Sucralfate is a protective agent that forms a protective layer on the skin of the anal region which leads to wound healing and the formation of new healthy skin.

Directions for Use of Ano Metrogyl Tube Of 20gm Cream

Use this medicine as directed by your doctor.
For external use only, apply it on a healthy skin surface free from cuts and wounds.
