Afenak Plus Mr Strip Of 10 Tablets Description
Afenak Plus MR Strip of 10 Tablets is a combination medication containing paracetamol, aceclofenac, and chlorzoxazone as the active components. It is used to treat muscle discomfort. Paracetamol and
aceclofenac work by preventing the production of molecules responsible for pain, inflammation, and fever. This promotes muscle movement while also providing relief from pain and discomfort. This medicine is only available on doctor's prescription and should be used as per the dose and duration recommended by a doctor. Afenak tablets are not recommended if you have an allergy to any of the active components or the ingredients. This tablet is not recommended in children below six years.

How Does It Work?
The Afenak Plus MR Tablet contains two pain relievers (aceclofenac and paracetamol) as well as a muscle relaxant (Chlorzoxazone). - Afenak Plus MR Tablet reduces the blood pressure-lowering effects of anti-hypertensive medicines
- Afenak tablets raises blood levels of lithium, digoxin, and methotrexate
- Afenak tablets reduces the effects of mifepristone
- Afenak tablets increases blood levels of chloramphenicol
- Concomitant use of corticosteroids increases risk for stomach ulcers and bleeding
- Afenak tablets increases blood-thinning effects of warfarin
- Concomitant use of quinolone antibiotics increases the chances of developing seizures
- Concomitant use of selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors or anti-platelet medications increases risk for stomach bleeding
- Concomitant use of Zidovudine increases he risk of toxicity in blood
- Concomitant use of cholestyramine, domperidone, or metoclopramide increases absorption of paracetamol in the body
- Concomitant use of diuretics increases toxicity in the kidneys
- Concomitant use of cardiac glycosides raises blood levels of cardiac glycosides, worsens cardiac failure, and reduces glomerular filtration rate
