Mode of Action of Acotrust 100 MG
How Does It Work?
Acotrust tablets increases the release of acetylcholine, a chemical that can increase the motility of the intestine. The medicine works by increasing the movement of food in the digestive tract (especially the stomach and intestines). It acts by accelerating the emptying of the stomach, reducing the sensitivity and enhancing the stomach's ability to accept the volume of food ingested....
Directions for Use of Acotrust 100 MG
Please take Acotrust tablets as directed by your doctor. You may take the tablet with a cup of water.
Do not break or crush the tablets, swallow it whole.
Interactions of Acotrust 100 MG
Interactions with other medicines
- Acotrust tablets when administered concomittantly with acetylcholine may increase the severity of adverse effects
- Acotrust tabets may increase the bracadic activities of celiprolol and carvedilol
- Acotrust may decrease the therapeutic efficay of dextromethorphan
- Prednisolone may decrease the therapeutic efficacy of Acotrust tablets
