Lindane
Molecule Description
Lindane is typically used as a lotion or in the topical solution form to treat
lice infestations in the head and also for scabies. Lindane helps kill the lice and nits. Typically, the topical form of Lindane is used in the treatment of scabies and the shampoo is used in the treatment of pubic lice and head lice.

It is used to treat head and pubic lice (tiny insects that lay eggs on hair shafts).
