Molecule Description
Amlexanox is an anti-allergic medicine that acts on the immune system and has frequent use as a topical cream (to be used on surface) for the treatment of mouth ulcers, which are painful, but not severe. It belongs to a class of medicines called ‘anti-allergics’ and is also available in tablet form in some countries.
