Xtralite cream is used to treat melasma a type of skin condition characterized by dark patches. It contains two active ingredients, tretinoin and azelaic acid. It works by reducing the melanin conten

t in the skin thereby reducing the dark patches. Use this medicine only on the recommendation of your doctor. Do not apply excess quantity. Avoid exposing yourself to the sun after the application of the cream. Clean and dry the skin area before the application of the cream.
