Description
Venusmin Tablet contains diosmin and is used in adults to improve vein circulation in conditions such as chronic venous insufficiency, swollen or painful legs, a heavy or restless leg feeling, and ac
ute haemorrhoidal attacks. It works by reducing vein inflammation, strengthening small blood vessels, lowering capillary leakage, and improving vein tone. Do not use it if you are allergic to diosmin or have lactose intolerance. Possible side effects include nausea, indigestion, vomiting, diarrhoea, stomach pain, or skin rashes. Take it exactly as prescribed by your doctor and swallow the tablet whole with water without chewing or crushing. This medicine may interact with several other drugs, so inform your doctor about all medicines you are taking. Store it away from heat, sunlight, and moisture, keep it out of children’s reach, do not exceed the prescribed dose, and if a dose is missed, take it when remembered unless it is almost time for the next dose.

- Chlorzoxazone: Venusmin Tablet slows down the breakdown process of chlorzoxazone and may lead to side effects

- Fexofenadine: Venusmin Tablet affects the absorption of fexofenadine and may increase their level in body causing toxicity
- Acetaminophen, chlorzoxazone, theophylline, halothane, methoxyflurane: Venusmin Tablet may affect the metabolism of these medicines and cause toxicity
- Antifungals, protease inhibitors, calcium channel blockers: Venusmin Tablet affects the absorption of these medicines and may increase their level in body causing toxicity
- Anticoagulants: Venusmin Tablet may slow down the blood clotting process and when given in combination with these medicines, bleeding and bruising can be caused
- Carbamazepine: Venusmin Tablet slows down the breakdown process of carbamazepine and may lead to side effects

Dosage
