Medical Description

Ultra P Tablet is a prescription medication used to relieve pain and fever. Pain occurs when certain chemical substances in the body are released due to injuries or inflammation. The brain then sends these signals to the body where there is an injury to notify that something is wrong. Ultra P Tablet helps in blocking these chemicals and brain signals. Ultra P Tablet contains a combination of two medicines, Tramadol and Paracetamol/acetaminophen. This combination of medicine is more beneficial in relieving pain than taking them separately. Tramadol is a synthetic opioid analgesic that helps treat moderate to moderately severe pain. Paracetamol is an antipyretic medicine that reduces fever and relieves pain in adults and children.
