Tramacure Plus Tablet is a narcotic pain reliever. It's used to treat muscle aches, back pain, joint discomfort, menstrual cramps, and toothaches, among other things. It is possible to take Tramacure Plus Tablet with or without food. Even if you feel better, you should remain taking the prescription until your doctor says it's okay to stop. Nausea, vomiting, constipation, weakness, and mouth dryness are some of the major side effects of this medication. If you have any of these adverse effects that do not go away or worsen, you should contact your doctor. Your doctor may be able to make recommendations. Alcohol

Alcohol

Due to the increased risk of liver damage, drinking alcohol while taking Topdol Plus Tablet is not suggested. Fever, chills, joint pain/swelling, severe tiredness/weakness, unusual bleeding/bruising, skin rash/itching, loss of appetite, nausea, vomiting, yellowing of your skin or eyes, and other symptoms should be reported to your doctor.

Directions for Use

  • Take a Tablet exactly as prescribed by the doctor.
  • You can take this medicine 1 to 2 hours before consuming food.
  • Do not try to exceed the dosage.
  • Try to swallow the whole tablet with a glass of water without trying to break or chew it.
  • Do not use Tablet if the package is already opened.
  • Do not suddenly stop taking Tablet, as it can have adverse effects.
  • Do not take Tablet with other medications without informing your doctor.

Storage and disposal

Store Tablets in cool and dry places, at room temperature. Take the Tramacure Plus Tablet immediately after opening it. Do not expose this to direct sunlight, wetness, or humidity. Keep Tramacure Plus Tablet away from pets and children. Disposal - Dispose of this package after use. Do not use this medication after its expiry date. Do not use tablets if the package is already broken.

Overdose

Some serious symptoms of overdose include, Contracted pupils, Extreme drowsiness, Slowed breathing, Slowed heartbeat, Weak muscles, Clamminess and Loss of consciousness. If there is an accidental or suspected overdose, take the patient to a hospital for management.

Missed a Dose

If you miss a dose of Tramasure-Plus RF Tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.

Interactions

Interactions with other medicines

  • Amphetamines may make Tramacure Plus Tablet more likely to cause seizures.
  • Cimetidine extends Tramacure Plus Tablet’s half-life by 20% to 25%.
  • SSRIs may increase the risk of seizures when given with Tramacure Plus Tablet
  • Tricyclic antidepressants have been linked to an increased risk of seizures.
  • MAOIs have been linked to an increased risk of seizures.
  • In Tramacure Plus Tablet overdose, naloxone may increase the risk of seizures.
  • Neuroleptics may enhance the likelihood of tramadol-related seizures and have CNS depressive effects that are cumulative.
  • Opioids may enhance the risk of seizures and have CNS depressive effects that are cumulative.
  • Quinidine (and other CYP2D6 inhibitors) may cause tramadol serum concentrations to rise.

Tramacure Plus Tablet usage can result in constipation. Consume high-fibre edibles such as vegetables, fruits, and cereals to avoid constipation. Make sure you consume plenty of water. Regularly engage in swimming, running, or going for a brief stroll. If your constipation still lasts, speak to your doctor about taking some medications to help.
Tramacure Plus Tablet is normally prescribed for a short period of time and can be stopped after your pain has subsided. However, it is recommended that you only take it as directed by your doctor.
Tramacure Plus Tablet use can result in dry mouth. Drink plenty of water if you have a dry mouth. Consume water regularly during the day and keep some by your bedside at night. If your lips are also dry, use some lip balm.
