Thyrocab 20 MG Description

Thyrocab Tablet is used to treat hyperthyroidism, a condition in which the body produces an excess of thyroid hormones due to an overactive thyroid gland. It may also be used to restore the normal fu

nction of the thyroid gland before its partial removal by thyroidectomy and before and after performing radioactive iodine treatment. Thyrocab Tablet contains carbimazole an anti-thyroid agent. It works by reducing the production of thyroid hormones. It should be taken as directed by the doctor and in doses and duration as prescribed. Inform your doctor if you are pregnant, planning a pregnancy or breastfeeding and about all the medicines and supplements you take and all the conditions or diseases you suffer from, before starting Thyrocab Tablet.

  • Thyrocab Tablet is used for the treatment of hyperthyroidism (production of an excess of thyroid hormones).
  • It is also used before thyroidectomy (surgical removal of thyroid gland partially).
