Tazret 0.05% gel contains Tazarotene as its active ingredient. It is used for the treatment of acne and psoriasis. Do not use this gel if you are allergic to any of its components or are pregnant. Ta

zret 0.05% gel is not recommended for use in children and adolescents. It is meant only for external application and should be applied as recommended by your doctor. Avoid being exposed to sunlight, UV rays for too long. You may experience some application site reactions as side effects. However, they normally fade away with time. Please report to your doctor if you notice the side effects persist or worsen.

Pregnancy

Tazret 0.05% gel must not be used during pregnancy as it may be unsafe.
When pregnancy is detected, discontinue the medicine and immediately consult your doctor.

You must avoid being in the sunlight, UV rays for too long during treatment.
Do not let this gel get into your eyes, nose, mouth or on your hair. If it happens, rinse it with water thoroughly.
Tazret 0.05% gel is not recommended for patients below 18 years of age.

Tazarotene in Tazret 0.05% gel works slowing down the production of skin cells, thus reducing skin inflammation (redness) and acne.

Tazret 0.05% gel is meant for external use only.
Use the cream as directed by your doctor or pharmacist.
Read the instructions on the label or leaflet before use.
Clean and dry the infected area well.
Apply it on the affected skin surface, free from cuts and wounds.
Avoid touching the tip of the container directly to the infected area of the skin.
Wash your hands before and after using this medicine unless your hands are the area to be treated.
In case your eyes come in contact with this medicine, rinse your eyes with clean water immediately.
