T-Minic oral drops is a cough and cold preparation. It is used for temporary relief of common cold and allergic rhinitis in children. It helps in improving symptoms like runny and stuffy nose, sneezing and throat irritation. T-Minic oral drops consists of chlorpheniramine and phenylephrine as active components. Chlorpheniramine is an anti-allergic and phenylephrine is a decongestant.

This medicine should not be used on patients with heart-related problems. Give this medicine to your child in the dose and duration as suggested by the doctor. Do not stop giving this medicine to your child on your own. Before using this medicine, inform the doctor about your child's detailed medical history.

If you are allergic to chlorpheniramine or phenylephrine or any of the ingredients of T-Minic oral drops.
If you have taken medicines for brain disorders such as rasagiline in the last 14 days. If you are not sure what these medicines are, please confirm with your doctor.
If you are suffering from high blood pressure or heart disease.
If you have diabetes or increased pressure inside the eyes (glaucoma).
If you are suffering from an overactive thyroid gland or breathing problems like bronchitis.
If you experience difficulty in urination due to an enlarged prostate gland.
