Spermrich capsule is a nutritional supplement used to support male reproductive health and sperm function. It contains a combination of coenzyme Q10, lycopene, L-arginine, zinc, vitamin E, folate, selenium and vitamin B12. These nutrients provide antioxidant support for sperm cells, coenzyme Q10 supports cellular energy, and folate, vitamin B12 and zinc contribute to normal cell and reproductive functions. The capsule is swallowed whole with water, preferably with a meal if advised. It is not a substitute for medical evaluation of fertility problems or a varied, balanced diet.
