Sitazor 50 MG Description
Sitazor Tablet contains Sitagliptin which is an oral antidiabetic medication used to lower the blood sugar levels in people suffering from type 2 diabetes. You may be given this medicine alone or in
combination with some other medicines for diabetes, depending upon your body's requirement. Take this medicine as prescribed and for the duration, it is prescribed for by your doctor. Do not miss any dose or take it more than that recommended by the doctor. This medicine is not recommended in patients below 18 years of age.

Other General Warnings
Talk to your doctor if
- You experience abdominal pain for a long time.
- You suffer from serious kidney disease.
- You have a disease-causing blisters on the skin (pemphigus).
- You have or had gall bladder stones.
- You have high levels of fat (triglycerides).
- You have a serious complication of diabetes (diabetic ketoacidosis).
- You have type 1 diabetes (childhood-onset diabetes), this medicine should not be taken in such cases.
Mode of Action of Sitazor 50 MG
How Does It Work?
Sitazor Tablet helps in lowering blood sugar levels by increasing the levels of insulin in your body. It also lowers the amount of sugar released in blood by acting on certain hormones.
Directions for Use of Sitazor 50 MG
- Take Sitazor Tablet as a whole with a sufficient amount of water, with or without food.
- You should take this medicine regularly at the same time without fail as directed by your doctor.
- You should not consume it more than the prescribed medicine.
- Do not discontinue the medicine on your own.
