Concomitant treatment with potassium-sparing diuretics, ciclosporin, tacrolimus, or trimethoprim may result in elevated serum potassium levels, which should be checked on a regular basis
Concomitant treatment with anticoagulants and antiplatelet medicines they may enhance the risk of bleeding
Rapisone DSR along with selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors may raise the risk of gastrointestinal bleeding
Rapisone DSR can reduce methotrexate clearance and so raise methotrexate levels
Rapisone DSR may aggravate ciclosporin nephrotoxicity
Rapisone DSR with tacrolimus may increase risk of nephrotoxicity
