Pentab 40 MG Description

Pentab-40 tablet is an acid-reducing medicine. It is used to treat acid-related diseases of the stomach and intestine like ulcers, gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), and Zollinger-Ellison syndro

me. Pentab-40 tablet contains pantoprazole as the active substance. It works by reducing the amount of acid produced in the stomach. Take this medicine in the exact dose and duration as recommended by your doctor. Do not stop taking this medicine on your own. Pentab-40 tablet should be taken preferably in the morning before meals. It is important that you make certain lifestyle modifications like eating smaller meals, eating slowly, avoiding overeating and lying down immediately after having a meal, limiting alcohol intake, and avoiding smoking. You should also exercise regularly while taking Pantakind tablets for adequate control of your acid-related disorder. This medicine should only be used in adults and adolescents of 12 years of age or above.
