Contraindications
- If you are allergic to escitalopram or other ingredients of Nexito 10 mg tablet.
- If you take other medication for the treatment of Parkinson disease (selegiline), depression (moclobemide) or are taking amtibiotics (linezolid).
- If you have abnormal heart rhythm problem or are taking medicines for the same.

- You are having any allergy with escitalopram or other ingredients.
- You have an impaired kidney and liver.
- You have diabetes or low levels of sodium in blood.
- You have tendency to develop bleeding, or you easily bruise.
- You suffer from irregular heart rhythm or any other heart disorders.
- You had or have eye disorders.
- You have fits.
- You are pregnant or breastfeeding.
- You are taking medicines containing buprenorphine.
- You are receiving an electroconvulsive treatment.
Directions for Use
- Nexito 10 mg tablet should be taken as directed by your doctor.
- Swallow it as a whole with a glass of water, do not cut, break or chew the medicine.
- It can be taken with or without food.
- It would be best if you took it at a fixed time for optimal results.
- You should not consume it more than that prescribed by your doctor.

- Keep Nexito 10 mg tablet out of reach from children and pets.
- Don't take medication if it has been expired.
- It doesn't require any special storage conditions.

Interactions with other medicines
- Some medicines can affect the way Nexito 10 mg tablet works or this medicine itself can reduce the effectiveness of other medicines taken at the same time as some MAO inhibitors. Tell your doctor about all the medicines, supplements or herbals you are currently taking or might take to avoid any possible interaction. Especially if you are taking medicines to treat psychiatric disorders, bacterial infections, migraine, severe pain, stomach ulcers, fungal infections, malaria, heart problems. If you have taken any of the medicines (like phenelzine, iproniazid, isocarboxazid, nialamide and tranylcypromine) you will have to wait for 2 weeks before starting Nexito 10 mg tablet.
