Nalcon 50mg Strip Of 10 Tablets
Nalcon 50 MG Description
Nalcon 50 mg tablet is a deaddiction medicine used to treat opioid and alcohol dependence. Opioid dependence occurs when an individual becomes physically dependent on an opioid-like substance; their
body relies on it to avoid withdrawal. Alcohol addiction is a medical condition characterised by current or past history of excessive drinking, a strong craving for alcohol, and an inability to control alcohol consumption despite having problems with drinking. The active ingredient in Nalcon 50 mg tablets is Naltrexone. The mode of action of Nalcon 50 mg tablets is by blocking the effect of opioid receptors that decrease cravings and urges for opioids or alcohol. Directions for use of Nalcon 50 mg tablets should be strictly followed. Many side effects are associated with this medicine, so dosage must be carefully monitored. Abrupt stoppage of Nalcon 50 mg tablets can cause clinical worsening of the condition or lead to withdrawal-like symptoms. Apart from medicinal treatment, psychological counselling and social support are essential for deaddiction.
