Medical Description
Moxileb tablet is an antibiotic medicine used to treat selected bacterial infections of the throat, ears, sinuses, lungs, urinary system, skin, soft tissues and teeth, and to clear Helicobacter pylori linked with peptic ulcers. It contains amoxicillin, which stops susceptible bacteria from building their protective cell wall. This weakens the bacteria so they break down and the infection can clear. Moxileb tablet is taken by mouth with or without food, only when prescribed for a bacterial infection. It does not treat viral illnesses such as colds or flu.
