Lyrica 75 capsule is a medication used to treat neuropathic pain associated with spinal cord injury, trauma, or other degenerative disorders. It contains pregabalin as its main ingredient, which helps in protecting nerve fibres and rejuvenation of damaged nerve cells. It is important to take the medication as directed by the doctor, in the prescribed doses and duration. Do not discontinue the medication on your own. It is not recommended to use Lyrica Capsule in patients below 18 years of age.
Uses
- For the treatment of peripheral neuropathic pain, a condition of an abnormal painful sensation in different body parts due to damage in a part of the brain.
- For the management of a chronic condition called fibromyalgia syndrome characterized by pain and stiffness in the muscle, joints, and tendons.
- As adjunctive therapy for adult patients with partial-onset seizures.
