Losamust H tablet is a combination medicine used to treat high blood pressure when one medicine alone does not provide enough control. It contains losartan, which relaxes blood vessels, and hydrochlorothiazide, a water tablet that helps remove extra salt and water in urine. Losartan blocks a body chemical that tightens blood vessels, while hydrochlorothiazide lowers the fluid load moving through them. Losamust H tablet is taken by mouth with or without food as prescribed. Regular use helps maintain blood pressure control even when you feel well.
