Tacrolimus: Combination may increase the concentration of tacrolimus in blood
Methotrexate: Lanspro can increase methotrexate levels in serum
Theophylline: There is a need of titration of theophylline dosage when concomitant Lanspro is initiated or stopped
Digoxin: Monitoring of magnesium levels is required when both medicines are used in combination
