L dio 1 tablet is an antiallergic medicine used in allergic conditions such as common cold, allergic rhinitis (running nose), urticaria, insect bite and hives. It contains levocetirizine as its activ

e medicine. Allergic symptoms appear due to the production of a chemical in the body, namely histamine. L dio 1 tablet works by blocking the actions of histamine, thus helping in relieving the symptoms of allergies. Avoid driving and handling any machinery, as this medicine makes you less alert. This tablet should be consumed at a prescribed dose and duration by your doctor. Children below 6 years of age should not be given this medicine. Inform your doctor if you have any known medical condition and are on any treatment for the same.
