Kolaheal-M granules are an externally applied combination used for certain bacterial skin infections, including impetigo and selected infected wounds or ulcers. They contain mupirocin and metronidazole, which act against infection-causing microorganisms, plus collagen peptide that helps keep the treated area moist. Mupirocin interferes with bacterial protein production, while metronidazole damages the genetic material of susceptible microorganisms.
