Etrobax 120 MG Description

Etrobax Tablet is used to treat pain, swelling, and inflammatory conditions related to arthritis. The active ingredient in Etrobax is etoricoxib, which belongs to a class of medicines known as non-st

eroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs). This medication helps relieve pain, reduce swelling, and alleviate inflammation by decreasing the formation of prostaglandins, chemicals in the body responsible for pain and inflammation. Etrobax Tablet is also used for the short-term treatment of pain associated with various other conditions. It is important to take this medicine exactly as directed by your doctor, following the prescribed dosage and duration. You can take it with or without food, but it is advisable to take them with meals to minimize the risk of stomach upset. Common side effects of Etrobax Tablet include stomach pain, swelling, dizziness, headache, irregular heartbeat, and high blood pressure. While these are usually not serious, consult your doctor if concerned about managing them. Before starting treatment, inform your doctor about any history of stomach ulcers, bleeding, high blood pressure, or heart, kidney, or liver problems. Also, disclose all other medications you're taking, as they might interact with this medicine. Pregnant or breastfeeding women should consult their doctor before using Etrobax Tablet. Avoid alcohol consumption while on this medication.
