Eligard Suspension For Injection contains Leuprorelin (also called leuprolide) as its active ingredient. It is used to treat prostate cancer in men. In women, it is used for the treatment of uterine

fibroids and endometriosis (a condition that causes symptoms like painful periods, excessive bleeding, pain while passing urine, etc). It is also used to treat very early puberty in children. This medicine will be given to you in a hospital or clinic by a doctor or nurse as an injection. You should avoid self-injecting. Before using Eligard Suspension For Injection, inform the doctor if you are pregnant, planning a pregnancy or breastfeeding and about your detailed medical history.

Contraindications of Eligard 45 MG

If you are allergic to Leuprorelin or any other ingredients of Eligard Suspension For Injection.
If you experience abnormal or irregular vaginal bleeding, which the doctor is unaware of.
If you are pregnant, planning a pregnancy or are breastfeeding.
