Directions for Use
- Duolin respule should only be given using a nebuliser with a face mask linked to an air compressor and under the supervision of a doctor.
- Remove the pouch, open one respule, squeeze the contents into the nebulizer, and discard the respule. Your doctor will determine the appropriate dose and duration based on age, weight, and medical condition....
- Do not dilute the content, inhale it directly, or swallow it. Dispose any leftover solution and opened respules.

- Concomitant use of this medicine with beta-blockers like Propranolol, Labetalol, etc. (used to treat high blood pressure and heart problems) may decrease the effectiveness of Duolin respule.
- Concomitant use of this medicine with water pills like Furosemide and hydrochlorothiazide may decrease the potassium level in the body, which can lead to heart rhythm abnormalities. Your doctor may advise monitoring the blood potassium level....
- Other medicines like Digoxin (used to treat heart problems) and xanthine preparations like Theophylline (used in asthma) should be used cautiously.
