Doxe P 25 mg Capsule belongs to the tricyclic antidepressant class of medications. Doxe P 25 mg Capsule uses include treatment of insomnia (sleeping difficulties). Other uses of this medication are treating those nonresponsive to the first line of treatment options for depression and anxiety disorders. The mode of action of Doxe P 25 mg Capsule is by elevating the levels of certain neurotransmitters in the brain that stabilise and improve mood. Doctors advise taking it before going to sleep as it can induce drowsiness. Doxe P 25 mg Capsule is safe with and without food. However, it should be had at the same time every day for better efficacy. Directions for use of Doxe P 25 mg Capsules should be strictly followed. The course of treatment should be completed before stopping. The medication should not be given to anyone else, even if they have the same symptoms or condition.
