- Dolfre Dt Tab treats moderate to severe pain in joints and muscles
Contraindications
- If you have an allergy to Dolfre Dt Tab or Tramadol or any of its non-active ingredients, do not use the tablet
- If you have severe kidney disease, Dolfre Dt Tab is contraindicated
- If you have suicidal thoughts, you should not take Dolfre Dt Tab
- If you have a head injury or raised intracranial pressure (pressure in the brain), you should not use Dolfre Dt Tab
- If you have liver disease, you should not use Dolfre Dt Tab without consultation with doctor
- If you have fits, you should not use Dolfre Dt Tab without consultation with doctor
- If you have a spine or brain infection, you should not use Dolfre Dt Tab without consultation with doctor
- If you have prostate enlargement, you should not use Dolfre Dt Tab without consultation with doctor
- If you have respiratory depression, you should not use Dolfre Dt Tab without consultation with doctor
- If you have muscle weakness, you should not use Dolfre Dt Tab without consultation with doctor

- Swallow Dolfre Dt Tab as a whole with a glass full of water

Interactions
Interactions with other medicines
- Seek medical advice if you are on antidepressants (medicines that fight depression), such as MAOI (Monoamine Oxidase Inhibitors), for example, Rasagiline, Selegiline, Moclobemide, etc. Taking Dolfre Dt Tab when you are on MAOI can cause a life-threatening reaction called serotonin syndrome, which may include symptoms such as confusion, hallucination, seizure, and extreme changes in blood pressure
- Seek medical advice if you are on medicines that fight infection, such as Linezolid. Taking Dolfre Dt Tab when you are on such medicines can cause serotonin syndrome
- Inform your doctor if you are on any medicines before taking Dolfre Dt Tab. Do not take any medication without informing your doctor
