Dialex Dx Bottle Of 100ml Syrup Description

Dialex Dx Syrup is a medication used in the treatment of dry cough. It is a combination medication that effectively reduces cough by decreasing the activity of the cough centre present in the brain.

A dry cough is a type of cough in which there is no presence of mucus or phlegm. It is linked with a ticklish throat and can be an irritant. The active ingredients present in the Dialex Dx Syrup are chlorpheniramine maleate and dextromethorphan hydrobromide. These salts are effective in relieving symptoms such as runny nose, sneezing, watery eyes and throat irritation. The medication should be taken as advised by the doctor. The duration of the medicine will depend on your doctor's directions and how you respond to it. It is advisable to not stop taking the syrup too early since symptoms can worsen or come back. The most common side effects that can be seen while using the Dialex Dx Syrup include nausea, drowsiness, rash and upset stomach. The medicine can be taken with or without food, however, it is best to take it at a fixed time.
