Directions for Use

Clonax should be taken according to the doctor’s recommendation only.
It is usually prescribed as a long term medication and could be prescribed 2-3 times a day.
Take the dosage at the same time every day.
Clonax Tablets can be taken with or without the food, but it is better to consume the tablet with food to avoid any stomach problems.
The tablet has to be taken orally with a glass of water. The tablet should not be distorted by chewing or crushing.

Interactions

Interactions with other medicines

Acetaminophen (pain killer) increases the metabolism of Clonax.
Aceclofenac (pain killer) and cimetidine (medicine for the treatment of heartburn) can delay the excretion of Clonax.
Hydrocodone, Codeine (pain killer) and Cyclobenzaprine (muscle relaxant) can increase the depression of the nervous system.
Alprazolam (anti-anxiety medicine) can increase the severity of side effects.
Clarithromycin (antibiotic), Ketoconazole (an antifungal medicine), and Diltiazem (medicine for high blood pressure) can decrease the metabolism of Clonax.
