Bro Cordine oral liquid is used for a cough with mucus linked with bronchitis, bronchial asthma or emphysema. It contains a combination of bromhexine, guaifenesin and menthol: bromhexine loosens thick mucus, guaifenesin helps move it out, and menthol soothes irritated throat and airway tissue. A cough with mucus can occur when airway secretions become thick and sticky, making them harder to clear. By thinning and loosening these secretions, the ingredients make mucus easier to clear when you cough.
