Alupent 10 tablet is an anti-asthmatic medicine. It contains orciprenaline as its active medicine. It is useful in treating patients with breathing difficulty due to the narrowing of airways as in as
thma, infection of the lungs like in tuberculosis, sarcoidosis, allergic conditions like chronic bronchitis, silicosis and some cancerous conditions of the lungs. Take this medicine as suggested by the doctor and in the doses and duration prescribed. Do not stop taking the medicine on your own. Before using this medicine, inform the doctor if you are pregnant, planning a pregnancy or breastfeeding and about your detailed medical history.

- To treat bronchial asthma.
- For the treatment of breathing difficulties due to narrowing and swelling of airways (chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, chronic bronchitis, silicosis).
- Abnormal enlargement or damage of air spaces present in the lungs (pulmonary emphysema).
Contraindications of Alupent 10 MG
- If you are allergic to orciprenaline or any other ingredients of Alupent 10 tablet.
- If you have a condition with irregular and fast heartbeats.
- If you have a heart-related disorder called hypertrophic obstructive cardiomyopathy.

Directions for Use of Alupent 10 MG
- Take Alupent 10 tablet as a whole with a sufficient amount of water.
- This medicine can be taken with or without meals or as directed by your doctor.
- Do not break, crush or chew the medicine.
- Take at the same time every day for optimal results.

Interactions with other medicines
- Some medicines can affect the way Alupent 10 tablet works or this medicine itself can reduce the effectiveness of other medicines taken at the same time.
