Adrenor 2 MG/ML Description
Adrenor 4mg ampoule of 2ml injection contains Noradrenaline as the active molecule. This injection is given in cases of emergency during a severe drop in the blood pressure, also known as hypotension
. Noradrenaline causes narrowing of the blood vessels in the body and heart, leading to an increase in blood pressure. This medicine is only given in a hospital under the supervision of a healthcare professional. Adrenor injection is avoided in patients with a known allergy to noradrenaline or any other ingredients of Adrenor injection. The injection can cause side effects such as pain in the extremities, headache, anxiety, breathing problems, or abnormal heart rate. Adrenor injection is not recommended for pregnant women.

How Does It Work?
Adrenor injection contains Noradrenaline as the active molecule. Noradrenaline causes narrowing of the blood vessels in the body and heart, leading to an increase in blood pressure.
Directions for Use of Adrenor 2 MG/ML
- A doctor or nurse will administer Adrenor Injection to you in the hospital
- Do not self medicate
Interactions of Adrenor 2 MG/ML
Interactions with other medicines
- Concomitant use of monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOI) or antidepressants like imipramine can raise blood pressure or affect heart rate
- Anaesthetics such as cyclopropane and halothane can affect heart function
Storage and disposal of Adrenor 2 MG/ML
Do not store the injection above 25°C. Following the expiry date, which is listed on the carton after EXP, do not use this medicine. If the injection is brown in colour, do not use it. Do not flush any medications down the toilet....
Dosage of Adrenor 2 MG/ML
