Roll directly onto the affected area without the need to rub, massage or bandage. Repeat as necessary, but do not apply more than 4 times daily.
In case of chronic pain like severe joint pain, rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, scatia, gout, lower back pain etc. take one Orthomol Capsule twice daily, before meals, preferably with lukewarm water for at least 1 month. For best results, Orthomol Capsule course can be continued for 3-6 months, or as directed by the Physician.
