  • Para-amino salicylic acid, colchicine, biguanides, neomycin, cholestyramine, potassium chloride, methyldopa, and cimetidine may impair the absorption of the contents of Wintin tablets
  • Chloramphenicol-treated patients may have a poor response to Wintin tablets.
  • Oral contraceptives may lower Wintin tablet levels in the blood. These interactions aren't likely to have any clinical implications.
  • Concomitant use of opioids or other CNS depressants may cause respiratory depression, sedation, or death
  • Concomitant use of antacids like magnesium and aluminium can reduce total concentration of gabapentin in blood
