Valdiff M Tablet is an anti-diabetic medication that contains vildagliptin and metformin as active ingredients. It is used to treat type 2 diabetes mellitus when diet, exercise, and vildagliptin or m
etformin alone are not effective. Avoid using this medication if you are allergic to it or have type 1 diabetes. Contraindications of Valdiff M 500mg Strip Of 15 Tablets
- If you are allergic to vildagliptin, metformin, or other ingredients of Valdiff M.
- If you have uncontrolled diabetes accompanied by nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea, rapid weight loss, or lactic acidosis (symptoms include stomach pain, rapid breathing, and sleepiness).
- If you are in a diabetic coma due to a sudden rise or fall in blood sugar levels.
- If you are an alcoholic or regularly consume alcohol in excess.
- If you have a pre-existing medical condition such as kidney or liver disorder, heart disease, or type 1 diabetes.
- If you have an infection or dehydration.
- If you are undergoing surgery or experiencing stress.
- If you are breastfeeding.
