- You've had an allergic reaction to this medicine before, you should avoid taking this tablet.
- You should take Uvox Cr 100mg exactly as prescribed by your doctor. It should be continued for the recommended period. It should not be abruptly stopped without first visiting a physician.
- You have stopped the medicine. Sudden withdrawal symptoms might result in insomnia, anxiety, rebound depression, dizziness, agitation, confusion, and lethargy.

- Uvox Cr 100mg is a pill that needs to be swallowed. Take it with a glass of water and don't crush or chew it.
- It should be taken regularly, with or without breakfast and according to the doctor’s instructions.

- Patients who have taken an excess dose of Uvox Cr 100mg tablet may experience dizziness, extreme lethargy, restlessness, agitation, confusion, shivering, motor incoordination, hallucinations, hyperactivity, irregular heartbeat, nausea, and vomiting. Keep your family or caregiver up to date on your medications and any potential side effects of Uvox Cr 100mg tablets. If the patient is unconscious, collapses, has difficulty breathing, seizures, or cannot be woken, they should be immediately taken to the emergency room.

Interactions with other medicines
- Uvox Cr 100mg tablets may interact with the following medications. Therefore, you must inform your consulting physician about any medications you are on:
- Antidepressants, particularly Selegiline, Phenelzine, Rasagiline, may cause serotonin syndrome.
- Antibiotics like Linezolid can cause serotonin syndrome.
- Anti-epilepsy medicines (for controlling fits) like Carbamazepine as toxic levels can be reached by co-administration with Uvox Cr 100mg tablet.
- Antianginal agents like Diltiazem can result in a lower heart rate than desired.
- Antimigraine medicines like Sumatriptan, where exaggerated reflexes, lethargy and incoordination can be seen.
- Pimozide (used for controlling unwanted movements) may cause abnormal heartbeat in the patient.
- Anti-anxiety medicines like Alprazolam and Diazepam are can lead to toxicity.
- Blood thinners like Warfarin can cause an increased risk of bleeding.
- Pain controlling medicines like Methadone whose levels can be increased.
- Anti asthmatic medicines like Theophylline where serum levels of both may be increased.
- Lithium used in bipolar disorder (depression and hyperactivity) may exaggerate the effect of Uvox Cr 100mg Tablet.
