Trinicalm forte tablets belong to a class of medications called antipsychotics. Trinicalm forte tablets are used to treat symptoms of various conditions such as schizophrenia, anxiety along with depr
ession. These conditions influence the mood and thought process of a person. Trinicalm forte tablets contain chlorpromazine, trifluoperazine and trihexyphenidyl as the chief ingredients. Chlorpromazine and trifluoperazine are typical antipsychotics, and they work on our central nervous system by decreasing the amount of a chemical called dopamine. This chemical is associated with controlling our mood and thought processes in the brain. On the other hand, Trihexyphenidyl belongs to a class of medications called anticholinergics, and they help improve the side effects of antipsychotic treatment.
