How Does It Work?
Pregabalin works by binding to alpha 2 delta sites, with high affinity, in the central nervous system tissue.
Nortriptyline acts by inhibitng the storage, release and transport of catecholamines. Together these reduce nerve pain and inflammation....
Directions for Use of Sonaxa Nt 10mg Strip Of 15 Tablets
Sonaxa NT Tablet is taken orally, with or without food. Do not crush, break or chew the tablet. Take it whole with water.
Interactions of Sonaxa Nt 10mg Strip Of 15 Tablets
Interactions with other medicines
- Additive effects have been observed when pregabalin was given with oxycodone, lorazepam, or ethanol.
- Reserpine with nortriptyline causes a stimulating effect.
- Dosage adjustment maybe required when nortriptyline is given with anticholinergic drugs and sympathomimetic medicine.
- Cimetidine increases the plasma concentrations of nortriptyline.
- If you consume other medications, do mention it to your physician before administering Sonaxa NT Tablet.

- Store at room temperature in a cool and dry place. Keep away from children and pets.
