Uses
- Sitcom LD cream is used to manage painful condition such as anal fissure (ulcer) and fistula associated with the bleeding (haemorrhoids).
- It is also used post surgerical removal of severe haemorrhids (piles).

How Does It Work?
- Euphorbia prostrata acts by enhancing the wound healing and anti-haemorrhoidal activity. It also has anti-inflammatory, analgesic, antioxidant, anti-thrombic and astringent actions.
- Lidocaine is a local anaesthetic it numbs the area where it is applied. It works by stopping nerves from sending pain signals to your brain.
