Directions for Use

- Paxit Cr Plus Tab is taken without or with food.

Interactions
Interactions with other medicines
- MAOIs such as isocarboxazid, phenelzine should not be used with Paxit Cr Plus Tab. Fatal reactions have been reported.
- Selegiline has been reported to cause mania or hypertension when combined with Paxit Cr Plus Tab.
- Tramadol may cause serotonin syndrome if taken with Paxit Cr Plus Tab.
- Warfarin may alter the hypoprothombinemic response to Paxit Cr Plus Tab.
- Cimetidine may reduce the first-pass metabolism of Paxit Cr Plus Tab, resulting in elevated paroxetine serum concentrations in the blood.
- Diuretic such as bumetanide, furosemide, torsemide may cause hyponatremia as hyponatremic effects may be seen with combined use of Paxit Cr Plus Tab.
