Description

Nebicard Ln tablet is used to treat high blood pressure. It contains two medicines: cilnidipine, which relaxes and widens your blood vessels to help blood flow easily, and nebivolol, which slows your heart rate and relaxes blood vessels. Together, they help lower your blood pressure and reduce the workload on your heart.

Do not take this medicine if you are allergic to any of its ingredients or if you have serious liver problems, certain heart conditions like slow heartbeat or heart block without a pacemaker, asthma or breathing problems, untreated rare tumors like pheochromocytoma, very low blood pressure, or poor circulation in your hands or feet.

Some common side effects include headache, dizziness, tiredness, swelling, nausea, constipation, diarrhoea, or tingling sensations. If you feel dizzy or faint, avoid driving or using machines until you feel better. Always take Nebicard Ln tablet as your doctor prescribes and swallow it with water after a meal to help reduce side effects.

Tell your doctor about all the medicines you are taking, especially for heart rhythm problems, blood pressure, diabetes, mental health, or infections, as some drugs can interact with Nebicard Ln tablet. Also, inform your doctor before surgery or anaesthesia.

If you miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember, but do not double up. Store the medicine in a cool, dry place, out of the reach of children. This medicine is usually not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding unless your doctor says otherwise. If you have conditions like diabetes, lung disease, psoriasis, or trouble digesting sugars, consult your doctor before using Nebicard Ln tablet.
