How Does It Work?
Mirabegron is a potent and selective beta 3-adrenoceptor agonist, and solifenacin succinate is an antimuscarinic agent, both of these work by relaxing the smooth muscles in the bladder.
Directions for Use of Megatas S 25mg Strip Of 10 Tablets
- Megatas S tablet should be taken as prescribed by your doctor
- It must be swallowed whole with a glass of water and not chewed, crushed, or broken into half
Interactions of Megatas S 25mg Strip Of 10 Tablets
Interactions with other medicines
- Concomitant use with other medicinal products having anticholinergic properties may result in a more pronounced therapeutic and undesirable effect
- Solifenacin can diminish the effects of medicine like metoclopramide and cisapride, which enhance the motility of the gastrointestinal system
- In the presence of a strong enzyme inhibitor of CYP3A/P-gp, mirabegron exposure was increased
- Inducers of CYP3A or P-gp decrease the plasma concentrations of mirabegron
