Interactions
Interactions with other medicines
- Concomitant use of Megestrol acetate with warfarin increases the chances of adverse effects of the medicine
- Concomitant use of dofetilide with megestrol will increase blood levels of dofetilide, which is harmful to the function of the heart
- Concomitant use of megestrol with immunosuppressive medicine like filgotinib will increase the chances of microbial infections
