• If you are allergic to dydrogesterone or any other ingredient present in the Lupihope Sr Tablet.
• If you have progesterone or hormone-dependent tumour.
• If you have irregular and abnormal vaginal bleeding, which is not yet diagnosed.
• If you have serious liver disorders.

• Headache
• Migraine
• Nausea
• Breast pain
• Heavy or irregular bleeding
• Disturbed periods

Other General Warnings

• You are a pregnant or nursing woman.
• You notice any undiagnosed vaginal bleeding or spotting.
• You have liver problems.
• You have a blood disorder called porphyria.
• You have any psychiatric disorder such as low mood.
• You are galactose intolerant.
• Lupihope Sr Tablets should not be given to children below 18 years of age.

• Take the Lupihope Sr Tablet as directed by your doctor.
• Swallow it as a whole with a glass of water, do not cut, break or chew the medicine.
• It would be best if you take it at a fixed time for optimal results and should not take it more than that prescribed by the doctor.

• Store the Lupihope Sr Tablet in a dry place, protected from light.
• Keep it out of the reach of children and pets.

Interactions with other medicines

• Some medicines can affect the way the Lupihope Sr Tablet works or the Lupihope Sr Tablet itself can reduce the effectiveness of other medicines taken at the same time.
• Tell your doctor about all the medicines, supplements or herbals you are currently taking or might take to avoid any possible interaction. Also, you should inform your doctor if you have a planned surgery or vaccination scheduled.
• Especially, if you take medicines for treating fits, any infections, HIV infection, diabetes and herbal preparations like Hypericum perforatum, valerian root, sage or ginkgo Biloba.
